The Washington, D.C. Hub of the Global Shapers Community is a community of exceptional young professionals committed to strengthening our communities, developing principled leadership, and advancing solutions to the challenges facing our region and world.
As part of a global network spanning hundreds of cities, we bring together emerging leaders from diverse backgrounds and sectors to build meaningful relationships, create measurable impact, and contribute to a more inclusive and resilient future.

What We Do
Develop Leaders
We create opportunities for young professionals to strengthen their leadership skills, expand their perspectives, and build meaningful relationships with peers and mentors.

Our members design and lead initiatives that address pressing challenges facing our communities, from economic opportunity and civic engagement to health and social well-being.
