Who is a shaper?
We are looking for young leaders aged 18 to 27 at the time of application who demonstrate a commitment to service, leadership, and community impact.
Ideal candidates:
Are resourceful, passionate, and entrepreneurial in addressing challenges
Demonstrate a strong commitment to improving their communities
Seek opportunities to grow as leaders and serve others
Have initiated or contributed meaningfully to a project, organization, or cause
Value collaboration and are committed to supporting the growth and success of others
Bring diverse perspectives, experiences, and expertise to the community
We welcome applicants from all sectors and professional backgrounds, including government, business, nonprofits, academia, entrepreneurship, technology, healthcare, international affairs, and the arts.
